We assure you that your purchase is backed by our commitment to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund. To initiate a return, please follow our Return Policy outlined below.

RETURN POLICY

To ensure a smooth return process, all returns must be authorized by Smoky Hill Baseball Program. To obtain a written return authorization, please contact our Customer Care Team at (720) 277-9778. Please note that returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued; otherwise, they will not be eligible for credit.

When returning items, please ensure they are in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). Please note that freight charges will only be refunded in the case of defective merchandise or if an error was made in the custom order process.

Please be aware that custom orders cannot be returned unless the merchandise is defective or there was an error on our part. We kindly request that you include the return authorization number in all correspondence and returns.
